I am Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) in Yoga Alliance, by the recognized Registered Yoga School (RYS) in Rishikesh, Shiva yoga Pheeth India. Graduated with honors with recognitions granted by the governor.

Ayurveda Health Educator, graduated from the American Institute of Vedic Studies, Nutritionist-Dietitian specializing in overweight and obesity at the University of León.

I have lived in Asia for 8 years, during which I have researched, researched and learned a lot from various Asian cultures with which I have shared and lived all these years, specifically Balinese, Vietnamese, Thai, African, Saudi, and Indian culture , which have enriched my knowledge in the field of health, wellness and yoga . I have worked as a Nutritionist in my private practice in Saudi Arabia and I have collaborated with the Ayurvedic Health Center of the Middle East Medical Center, in Bahrain.

I have been practicing yoga all these years and teaching yoga since 2014, in Saudi Arabia, India and now in Spain.
