I firmly believe that everything happens for something.

I approached Bikram Yoga for its physical benefits and discovered that it was much more than that , that for 90 minutes I was able to disconnect from everything else and when I left I felt great. It hooked me completely, until I felt that I also wanted to be able to convey that to more people. I decided to do the training, followed my intuition and opened my own center in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
