BYS Challenge – May 2023
Which one do you dare?
Participating is FREE, sign up at your center! You just have to have an active bonus and go to class during the challenge period. If you do not have a bonus or it expires during the Challenge we have two special bonuses.
The challenge starts on May 22* and you have 30 days to complete it. *In the center of A Corña it begins on May 19.
On sale from May 15. In the center of Chamberí the sale opens on May 22, you must reserve your place in advance in the center.
Light Challenge
Is it your first challenge? If you are new to Bikram Yoga or simply do not have time for our Extreme Challenge. This is your challenge.
You have 30 days to complete 15 classes, you choose the days to attend.
Complete the challenge and get free classes:
- If you do 15 classes you have 1 free class for yourself + 1 class to give away.
To spend the gift classes before August 31, 2023
Participating centers: Barrio de Salamanca, Malasaña, Chamberí, Sevilla and A Coruña.
Extreme Challenge
Show what you are capable of, will you reach the end? If you don’t try it you will never know.
Test yourself, you have 30 days to do 30 classes.
- If you do between 15 classes you have 1 free class for you + 1 class to give away.
- If you do 30 classes you have 3 free classes for you + 1 class to give away.

Participating centers: Barrio de Salamanca, Malasaña, Chamberí, Sevilla y A Coruña.
In the classes, 26 yoga postures will be performed, the climatic conditions of India (40º heat and 40% humidity) will help you eliminate toxins and improve your flexibility.
