My first contact with Bikram yoga was in 2011 when Jonathan Martín (Founder of Bikram Yoga Spain ©) set out to set up this center. We are childhood friends and he wanted to count on me for this life project.

I am a person linked to sport and I have practiced Karate for more than 20 years competing with the elite of this discipline and I have been selected to represent my autonomous community throughout the country.

In addition to practicing other martial arts, I am swimming instructor , work I was doing before Jonathan’s call.

I started practicing Bikram Yoga and in the first class I was impressed by the difference with any other sport or discipline, I said to myself: “Alberto, this is very heavy and I love “.

I saw people in their 50s, 60s and 70s doing the full classes with a smiling and happy face despite the heat, sweat and physical weariness. I was more in love with Bikram Yoga when in my second session I met in class with my idol Zinedine Zidane , and you can not imagine what good practice he has.

This is my little story that I hope and wish to continue growing with the help of each one of you.
