I practice crossfit and I met Bikram Yoga by a friend who insisted that I accompany him. It made me panic, but just like what happened to me with crosfit, I was fascinated.
I practiced it little, since where I live there are no studies of Bikram Yoga, but I liked it more and more and every time I went on a trip I was looking for a study in my destination. Hence my decision to become a Bikram Yoga teacher , to be able to open my Bikram Yoga Spain in Malaga center and take the discipline there.
It’s never too late to grow up.
