I am a grateful person of life, of the opportunities that life has presented to me. To have a family that supports me 100% and to be anxious to discover new aminos.

I trained as a University Nurse, Instructor of Integral Yoga and now I am a teacher of Bikram Yoga. Yoga allows me to grow, lowers my stress levels for my initial work, gives me personal growth, patience and enjoyment.

Being a Bikram Yoga teacher brings me personal growth, it is a challenge in life and in the near future I hope to have my own center. Bikram Yoga Spain for being a big center in every way and for the warmth there is.
