My name is Jurjen and I’m from Holland. I met Bikram Yoga in 2008 by a friend, and from my first class I knew it was for me . Work hard in class and leave calm, relaxed, like new. I have never left a class thinking that I should not have gone. There is always benefit. The practice of Bikram Yoga has helped me with other sports and it makes me feel good in my life.
