I was always fascinated by sports , I practiced many and finally I kept the paddle. I’m a coach, and I’m still competing what I can. over time I was collecting lessons and thanks to them I discovered yoga. I could never stop practicing it and I hope that it continues.

I met Bikram Yoga through a friend, and I thought it was the hardest and most intense thing I had ever done . So I decided to train to help make it known to more people.

I encourage all of you to at least try it. We see each other sweating!
