I am a designer and I met yoga while working in London. I practice sports and I was very hooked mainly on the heat and how it made me feel mint and physically.

I started practicing 7 years ago in many places where I have lived. I’ve always wanted to do the training and I’ve never had time. For personal reasons, I have to be in Spain for a while and I met Bikram Yoga Spain through friends and looking for training. I liked the concept and it is similar to where I practiced elsewhere.
