What is Bikram Yoga Challenge?
Bikram Yoga Challenge in its origin is a challenge that consists of performing 30 classes of bikram yoga consecutively for 30 days, it is a challenge to overcome, do not compete against anyone, compete with yourself by testing your strength and physical strength and mental with which to show you how far your capacity for constancy and commitment with the practice of Bikram Yoga comes.
Another factor that adds to the difficulty of perseverance and physical effort to perform the challenge Bikram Yoga, is that is done in an acclimatized room (hot room) that reproduces the climatic conditions of India , you will be at 40ºC of heat with approximately 40% humidity. In Spain these conditions are not given for which the body is not used to but with practice you get acclimated and this condition goes to a second plane in your practice.

What is the challenge of BYS Challenge?
At Bikram Yoga Spain we have created two types of challenges, we explain them to you:
This is the original modality of the challenge. It consists of carrying out 30 classes in 30 consecutive days. If you can not attend some day you can double the class, that is, come twice in the same day.
This challenge is affordable for people who have a sports habit, who are in shape and practice on a regular basis.
It is the new version of the challenge, adapted for beginners. It consists of carrying out 15 classes in 30 days.
If you are starting to practice and do not have a habit of doing sports on a regular basis but you want to start having it, this is a good way to start and test yourself for the first time. Likewise, this challenge is ideal for those who practice Bikram Yoga and do not have as much time as the Extreme Challenge demands. If it’s roasted, this is your challenge.
The challenge is carried out in the participating centers in their regular class schedule, you can choose any hour in the schedule table. See centers.

When is the challenge done?
The challenge is carried out twice a year, in spring and autumn.
- Spring: Mid-May and end mid-June.
- Autumn: Mid-October and ends mid-November.
