I discovered Bikram Yoga in 2014 by my daughter, who is an aficionado of this discipline. It was a great experience and since then I have tried to practice whenever I had the opportunity to do so.

I launched with this project due to the limited coverage that Bikram Yoga has on the Costa del Sol, and I hope to offer an exceptional service to yoga lovers in Marbella , both during and after the practice.

My idea is to turn the studio into a meeting point for those who enjoy yoga , a healthy lifestyle and the most important is that they enjoy Bikram Yoga as much as I do .
