What is Vinyasa Yoga?
Vinyasa Yoga in BYS is a variant inspired by traditional Vinyasa Yoga. This modality of yoga is ordered in various sequences of yoga postures linked together. Throughout the practice, the positions are developed through breathing. This series, as we have said, inspired by the Vinyasa has been made by specialized BYS personnel, both professionals of Physical Activity and Sports Sciences and trained in different yoga disciplines.
Therefore, we get a very complete series beneficial for maintaining the health of your body and mind through its practice.
With the acclimatized room at 28-30ºC several series of postures are developed that unite Vinyasa Yoga with other yoga disciplines such as Ashtanga Yoga.
This series of postures has been designed to complement your practice of Bikram Yoga and Hypopressants, being structured so that everyone can do it. No matter physical condition, age or gender.
