I was born and lived in Bilbao, wonderful city, to which I invite everyone to know. My life is absolutely associated with the practice of some sport; paddle, dance, ski, Tai-Chi, fencing … both as a student and a fan. I was also a young aerobics instructor.

Yoga came through my current partner at our Bikram Yoga Spain Bilbao center. And for me it has been a real crush with the Bikram. I can just tell you to try it and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
