Bikram Yoga came into my life by chance and renewed me inside and out. On the outside, because it quickly improved my physical form and my health in a surprising way, and on the inside, because it helped me to focus on what I really wanted and I was able to release ballast and discover a new path full of energy and light.

I am deeply grateful to all the people who form BYS for their human and technical quality of Yoga. Today I am happy to be part of the BYS team and be able to teach more people to practice bikram, because I know with certainty that its benefits are real and that continued practice improves the lives of each and every one of us.
