I started practicing Bikram Yoga years ago by chance, I found a Bikram book and curiosity took me to practice.
In the first classes it was a disaster, but I did not give up, I liked it a lot. I was pure nerve, anything altered me, practice gave me calm, concentration, serenity, control of my emotions and above all peace and patience. Classes are 90 minutes dedicated just for me.
Apart from mental benefits, it also provides many physical benefits: healing injuries, modeling the body, eliminating toxins. In short, it feels good to practice Bikram Yoga.
Bikram Yoga Spain is a family and being a teacher gives me the opportunity to help people, it’s something I love.
